12/14/2001: The latest release of Bleemcast is here! Unfortunately this will be the last release of the product, as Bleem recently shut their doors for good. This release supports the classic PlayStation fighter Tekken 3, at a very low price of $8.99. Bleemcast: Tekken 3 upgrades the graphics and framerate of the game for the Dreamcast, and has support for the VGA adapter. 12/18/2001: Shenmue is one the best Dreamcast games available, and the sequel was on many US gamer's list as "the game to get" for the Dreamcast. But a few months back Sega announced that Microsoft had purchased the exclusive US rights to the game, cancelling the US Dreamcast release, and would be releasing it on the XBOX in Fall 2002. This announcement sent a shockwave through the Dreamcast community causing many unhappy gamers to flame forums across the Internet. However, Sega released the European version with full english text and with support for both the VGA adapter and 60hz, meaning you can import the game and play it on your VGA monitor or NTSC TV! 12/24/2001: The last Dreamcast game of this year has been released, and our review is in! Conflict Zone is the game, and it is by 3rd party publisher Ubi Soft. Conflict Zone is a real-time strategy (RTS) game where you can choose to control either side. Featuring 16 misssions that increase in difficulty as you progress, Conflict Zone is a simplified RTS game when compared to popular PC games like Starcraft and Command & Conquer. 2/13/2002: The Dreamcast might be considered "dead" to some people, but for us at PDC it is alive and well. This $50 console can do so much. Not only can it play Dreamcast games and music CDs, but with special software developed by programmers from around the world, it can play emulators, Video CDs, MP3 CDs, DIVX encoded movies, and much more! 3/17/2002: Sega Sports has released the final US Dreamcast game, and our review is in.
