The game plays very, very similarly to Psikyo's own Strikers 1945 II. The Buzz Arcade-perfect shooter goodness... mmm. Trivia The first Gunbird was released in Japan for the Saturn and PSX. Morrigan, of Capcom's fighting series DarkStalkers, appears in Gunbird 2 as the 7th selectable character. The storylines and endings of the Japanese version were rather... risque.
