Touch NiGHTS and the level will begin. |
Ah, the freedom of flight. Few (no?) games have captured it like NiGHTS has. |
20 chips and the Ideya Capture is toast. Now it's time to get some serious points. |
 Happy meadows. |
 Ah, an A. I'm so proud. |
The little guy in the lower left is one of the A-Life creatures. He looks rather perturbed by NiGHTS' nearby acrobatics. |
Blue, blue skies, I see... oops, wrong game. |
 Stunty fun. |
Gillwing is the first boss most people encounter... experts can take him out in the space of a few seconds with a well-placed paraloop. I'm no expert. |
Soft Museum may be the trippiest level in a game that's damn trippy to begin with. |
That white orb is the (newly freed) Ideya. Taking it back to the Palace completes the course. |
Paralooping creates deadly swirling vortexes, as seen at the top of this pic. |
And finally, a little fun with snowballs. |
Media
Note: BenT here. I do all the media for the site. Also, I suck at NiGHTS (though I'm improving!). Just wanted to tell you that. Thanks. Enjoy.
Intro (MPEG) - The intro gives a brief introduction to the man himself, NiGHTS. [Big (7.5M)] - [Small (4.1M)]
Gameplay 1 (MPEG) - Splash Valley is as beautiful as it is easy. [Big (18M)] - [Small (9.6M)]
Gameplay 2 (MPEG) - Claris' Soft Museum dream is probably the weirdest world in the game -- quite a feat! [Big (12.4M)] - [Small (6.7M)]
